Warsaw sees new leadership centre

We believe that we have established a unique training and conference centre in Poland, the first of its kind that combines innovative vision, Polish tradition and a modern, organised education process.

This undertaking constitutes an expansion of original projects and ideas regarding personal and professional growth and molding the creative approach of Polish leaders and managers.

I initiated this project and for the last 11 years I have been directing the Centrum Kreowania Liderów S.A.

Objective of the Center for Creative Leaders and Managers

Research and my own experience shows that there is a need for creating a friendly place where people responsible for development and motivation of Polish managerial personnel will be convinced that gifts and skills of Polish leaders and managers may become the driving force of the Polish economy. The creative approach of leaders and managers will serve as a model to be followed by groups and communities in which they are active.

The for Center for Creative Leaders and Managers will be such a place. My intention is to create such an educational environment which provides great and safe opportunity to disclose and exchange opinions and thoughts and of mutual inspiration.

An important link between these elements and educational processes is the assistance and consultation of the best specialists from different fields, mentors and coaches from all over the world.

Nevertheless, nothing can replace the direct contact of the participants with the lecturers and trainers. That is why an additional advantage, apart from the merit values of the Center for Creative Leaders and Managers is the ideal location for the seat of the Centre.

It is a modern Polish house surrounded with an old park and garden, located about 40 km from Warsaw. Its location, infrastructure and characteristic features meet the expectations and requirements of the contemplated project. Easy access to this center, located away from the noise of the city, ensures tranquility, comfort and an atmosphere that stimulates the learning process, discussions, team work, creative process and activities. The building and its surroundings make a perfect environment favouring contemplation, allowing a healthy balance between ideas and effective actions, also conservation of unique values of the Polish environment is a highlight of this place.

The premises of the center support creation of integrational projects based on games and team plays, educational programs beneficial for overcoming barriers under extreme conditions.

The center lies on seven hectares of land, and in the second stage of the project we plan to establish the Creative Research Center where interested academics and experts from the private center will be able to jointly work out methods of management and leadership.

After 11 years of Centrum Kreowania Liderów S.A. activity, after achieving one of the top ranking places on the training market, as the founder and the president of the company I have made the strategic decision to establish cooperation with appropriate partners who will express their willingness to implement the project of the Center for Creative Leaders and Managers.
